Where do I start with this book…?

It’s not often I read a book and finish it, with the immediate thought of “I want to re-read this soon” but I did with The Nothing Man. I was completely engrossed in the entire story, which gripped me instantly with the whole book within a book format.

I found myself scrolling through Kindle Unlimited looking for my next read when I came across this serial killer-based psychological thriller, and I am so glad I did. This, I already know, is going to be one of my top reads of 2022 and it’s only January.

I was intrigued by the plot and how the story was told in a two-person format; one being the survivor of The Nothing Man and the other from the point of view of The Nothing Man.

While reading this, it felt as though I was watching an intense thriller drama on TV, at one point I was sitting on the edge of the sofa trying to read as fast as I could just so I could know what was about to happen. I found the characters were well written and thought out, and had personality.

I feel I need to commend the author, Catherine Ryan Howard, for this; well-thought-out, well-written, and thoroughly nail-biting book. Thank you for bringing this out into the world, and I look forward to reading the rest of your books! I may have just found a new auto-buy author.

I highly recommend this to any lover of the thriller genre or to those that love serial killer documentaries. The moment I finished reading The Nothing Man, I messaged my sister and told her about how much I enjoyed it, she instantly downloaded it and began reading.
