✨holiday reads✨ Everytime we come to this cabin in the countryside, I always like to have a good thriller to read. Last night I binged the last of His & Hers by Alice Feeney and I really enjoyed it! I called the twists (for once) quite early on but honestly, it didnt take away my enjoyment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 —— I think today will be spent binging another in front of the fire 😍 this is my type of relaxing holiday Although, getting In and out of the hot tub last night in -1 degrees was BRACING…. I think I lost a nipple 😂 ❓ what genre of book do you like taking away with you ? 🏷️

It’s the perfect twisty psychological thriller where you trust no one and suspect EVERYONE ! I thought I had the ending figured out at around 45% but oh boy I was wrong, I’m not going to mention anything in detail don’t worry ! But prepare to question everything and everyone. Loved the plot, the characters (well…. Some of them 👀) the pacing was spot on and kept me engrossed ! This might actually be my favourite one yet 🤭 Get this on your TBR and prepare to binge ! ✨sticker sheets are here !!✨ Here’s a lil snippet of how I make them. I print them onto premium matte vinyl sticker paper then load them into my Cricut to kiss-cut each sticker individually giving them a clean cut while still attached to the backing paper. Once they’re finished in the Cricut, I peel away the excess and trim down to the correct size. ✨Currently Reading ….✨ The Knight And The Moth —— All of November, my Hidden Stacks members control what I read and they chose this to begin with. I really wasn’t a fan starting this if I’m honest, I found it a little slow and a little head spin-y. At that point I was close to DNF-ing. HOWEVER, I’m around 50% through and I am now thoroughly enjoying it. I’m listening to it while I work and now I can’t wait to go into the office tomorrow morning just so I can pick up where I left off. As with this authors writing I haven’t a clue what’s happening but I’m having fun and I’m enjoying the story. I think I’m enjoying it more than the Shepherd King duology 👀 ❓ have you read this ? What did you rate it ? Lemme know (no spoilers though please- I’m still working my way through it) 🏷️

This short novella is a twist on A Christmas Carol meets The Bodyguard (atleast for me haha) It’s a wonderful blend of Christmas in modern London with magic, mystery and grief. Whilst dealing with some difficult heavy topics, Cass’ writing really helps elevate the tone whilst not taking away the impact or minimising grief.
