How is it December ?? Seriously!
But while we try to get our heads around this let's talk about some fun content ideas for this month!
December is a great month to get creative with your content so feel free to get festive with it.
🎄 5 books before the end of 2025 - share a carousel or short reel of the books you really want to read before the end of the year - try out some fun transitions if you're doing it as a reel. There's some amazing tutorials on tiktok that I have watched. It's easier than you may think.

🎄Festive reads to add to your TBR this Christmas - recommend some books to your followers that you have loved over the festive period in previous years. We all love a good recommendation so don't forget to share why you loved it or your own ratings.
🎄Coloured Flatlays - Use christmassy colours to create a flatlay of some books from your shelves. Think Green, Red, Gold etc. You could even do blue since it's blooming freezing out!

🎄Tree of books - this one is super fun and so simple. Arrange books into a tree shape (either flatlay or you can stack them up) then you could dress them like a tree with some tinsel or lights.
🎄 Highlight your favourite reads of 2025 and encourage others to join in by tagging you in their posts.
🎄 Naughty & Nice list - This one is for my fellow romance lovers. Create a post to highlight "nice" book boyfriends & "naughty" book boyfriends or girlfriends) you've found this year. This would be great again for book recommendations
🎄 Indie authors you've loved this year - don't forge to tag them so that they can reshare. This will give you some visibility along with the indie author.

I've also made this template for you all to do if you wish. 12 books chosen by 12 friends is a great way of asking your followers to recommend a favourite book of theirs for you to read in 2026. Then when you complete their book you can reshare it and then retag them. This should encourage people to reshare and interact with you more.
